We are looking to hire an IT Business Analyst / Project Manager, emphasizing supporting technical processes based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep expertise in the company’s software and its integration with business processes to support internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve software issues reported by support or internal teams, identify root causes, and communicate clear solutions or workarounds on time.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance across channels to ensure smooth operation of tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with the CTO, product, and development teams to report bugs, relay feedback, and clarify software requirements.
- Analyze complex technical cases (codebase/database), document findings, and work with developers on prompt resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries, resolutions, and software knowledge in ticketing systems and internal knowledge bases.
- Manage communication with third-party integrations to ensure seamless interoperability with external platforms.
- Recommend and support software improvements based on user feedback, system performance, and industry best practices, including internal training sessions for teams.
Requirements:
- Around 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role (considered an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users, both verbally and in writing.
- Practical experience with database queries and familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA).
