Summary:
The Project Manager will play a dual role within Freedom Mortgage’s In-House Agency, both leading projects independently and partnering closely with the Associate Director of Project Management. This individual will be responsible for organizing, planning, coordinating, and executing a range of projects, including initiatives for Freedom Mortgage and a variety of clients within the FOC portfolio.
In a lead capacity, the Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle- defining objectives, establishing timelines and milestones, managing stakeholder communication, and driving projects through to successful completion. In a support role, they will collaborate with the Associate Director to manage workflow, traffic project tasks, facilitate communications, attend meetings, capture detailed notes, track progress, and provide status updates to the broader team.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in branding and a strong foundation in digital marketing. Prior agency experience, particularly in developing and activating brand identities across digital, print, and social media platforms, is a plus.
This role does not include direct reports. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, assigning, trafficking, and overseeing assigned In-House Agency projects.
Ability to utilize and maintain project management tools and internal server.
Strategically partner with the Associate Director of Project Management to define scope of work for each assigned project/campaign, coordinating timing and delivery.
Act as the liaison between IHA team and partners to build relationships, strategize about upcoming projects and build continuity cross-functionally.
Manage assigned project timelines, team workloads, project movement, and project communication.
Coordinate kick-off meetings for assigned projects to understand partner needs and define scope and timing, as well as coordinate presentation meetings to share back creative solutions.
Identify and communicate potential project issues and risks, propose solutions to, and provide regular reports to, the Associate Director Project Management, In-House Agency
Serve as a liaison between partners, brand and compliance to ensure quality work is delivered from start to finish of workflow.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year College or University or equivalent professional experience.
Three (3) to five (5) years of related project manager experience.
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office programs and Adobe suite is a plus.
Agency and Branding experience is a plus (in-house or traditional creative agency).
Experience in the mortgage industry is preferable.
