L&D Shared Services – Project Manager
Job Description
What you will doManage end-to-end training content projects by planning, coordinating, and executing L&D initiatives. Deliver phased solutions while driving innovation in learning solutions for measurable impact. Collaborate with project managers and vendors to define deliver high quality output and build strong stakeholder relationships based on trust.
In addition to the above the project manager would need to;
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and learning solutions.
Champion collaboration across global teams and foster strong relationships.
Drive strategic initiatives that enhance learning impact and business outcomes
How you will do it- Influence without authority to drive collaboration and ensure smooth execution across cross-functional teams.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Balance innovation with practicality by delivering creative, scalable, and feasible solutions.
- Gather and analyze requirements to develop comprehensive project and communication plans
- Identify and recommend operational improvements and innovative ideas to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for transparency and compliance.
- Plan, schedule, and document meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure effective and engaging content delivery.
- Evaluate project outcomes, analyze feedback, and recommend actionable improvements
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects within scope and budget.\Stay informed on emerging L\&D trends and best practices to drive innovation and relevance
- Manage vendor relationships and facilitate clear communication throughout project initiation and execution
- Graduate/Postgraduate.
- 10+ years in e-learning project management.
Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced reporting (Power BI).
- Proficient in MS Project/Jira.
- Knowledge of HTML5, Articulate, Captivate, SCORM.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines and budgets.
- Ability to adapt and work across time zones to support global teams
- Strong customer orientation and commitment to building a performance-driven culture
- Ability to foster bottom-up innovation and coach others effectively
- Skilled in collaboration and managing work across teams
- Effective decision-making abilities
- Disciplined in execution and driving operational improvements
- Adaptable and able to influence with impact
- Proficient in digital tools and concepts (digital acumen)
Preferred
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning.
- Familiarity with HVAC/Building automation/Fire & Security industry.
