- Project & System Delivery Management (LOS)
- Own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle and system delivery lifecycle for the Loan Origination System (LOS): initiation → planning → execution → SIT/UAT → go‑live → hypercare.
- Define and manage scope, milestones, critical path, and Stage‑Gate approvals; maintain project artefacts (Work Charter, RAID log, Change Log).
- Run weekly working groups and actively drive resolution; publish RAG status, decisions, and actions.
- Coordinate environment readiness (DEV, SIT, UAT, Pre‑Prod, Prod), release planning, and cutover activities.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for system issues, delivery risks, and cross‑vendor dependencies.
- Budget & Vendor Managerment
- Build & track project budget (CapEx/OpEx): vendor SOWs, licenses, infra, change requests, testing costs.
- Maintain monthly forecast, EAC (Estimate at Completion) and variance analysis; drive cost containment.
- Manage POs, accruals, and vendor invoices; ensure delivery-to-payment linkage via acceptance criteria.

- End‑to‑End Testing & Quality Assurance
- Define and own the overall testing strategy
- Ensure test coverage across full credit lifecycle
- Drive preparation of test plans, test cases, facilitate defect triage sessions
- Enforce go‑live readiness criteria & post‑go‑live hypercare is executed effectively with proper documentation
- Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience in medium to large-scale or enterprise-level projects, proven experience in LOS or banking credit systems is highly preferred
- Operate effectively in a waterfall delivery model with limited day‑to‑day user involvement, driving delivery independently between formal stage‑gate approvals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and evolving requirements.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality and value.
- Leadership and ownership of responsibilities
- Proven experience tracking project budgets and vendor costs
