  • Plan and coordinate the work of multiple teams from different departments to ensure smooth operational delivery;

  • Manage diverse operational tasks, resolving incoming challenges "on the fly" and focusing on logical problem-solving;
  • Drive the full project lifecycle — from kickoff to release — coordinating both internal resources and involved outsource teams;
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide full transparency on project progress and alignment across teams;
  • Focus on operational efficiency, applying management methodologies and logic to improve cross-departmental workflows.
