About the Role
If you’re a structured, delivery‑driven Project Manager who thrives in complex security environments, this is a role where your leadership truly shapes outcomes.
At Intragen, we specialise exclusively in Identity & Access Management. As a leading European IAM partner, we deliver solutions across IAM, IGA, PAM and CIAM using technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, One Identity, and CyberArk.
Key Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle delivery of IAM projects
- Planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets
- Clear communication with senior client stakeholders
- Coordination across architects, engineers and SMEs
- Governance, reporting and proactive issue management
- Smooth transition into managed services or operational teams
What You Bring
- Proven experience delivering complex IT or security projects
- IAM project experience in IGA, CIAM/Access Management or PAM is required — but you don’t need to be hands-on technical. We have dedicated architects and engineers for that.
- Strong stakeholder management in client-facing environments
- A structured, organised approach to delivery
- Calm, solution-focused decision-making
- Clear communication and ownership mentality
