Lead and manage projects end-to-end to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Act as the primary PIC and decision maker throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of designers, site managers, engineers, and administrative staff.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
Provide clear and structured upward communication to management regarding prgress, risks, and project needs.
Ensure project quality meets technical standards and business expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction or civil projects.
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Able to clearly explain projects end-to-end (from initiation to completion).
Proven experience acting as a PIC and decision maker in projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent upward communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to articulate business impact and outcomes.
