This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do- Deliver capital projects within scope, budget, and schedule
- Lead projects from concept through design, construction, and qualification
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage contractors and oversee procurement activities
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate engineering documentation and GMP handover activities
- Mentor team members and support best practices in project management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience in engineering and project management within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements is preferred
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SAP, or CMMS systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

- 5+ years of engineering experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SAP, and CMMS systems

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
