This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do
  • Deliver capital projects within scope, budget, and schedule
  • Lead projects from concept through design, construction, and qualification
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Manage contractors and oversee procurement activities
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate engineering documentation and GMP handover activities
  • Mentor team members and support best practices in project management
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience in engineering and project management within a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements is preferred
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SAP, or CMMS systems
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of engineering experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SAP, and CMMS systems
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage contractors
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
