This Position reports to:
Project Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.
This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Project execution from contract signed until final acceptance,
Follow up production schedule to ensure the timely and qualified delivery; communicate and coordinate with the customer, sales, engineering, finance, production, QC and service people for the project execution (including payment, engineering, factory acceptance test, goods delivery and commissioning support etc.); clarify the project open issues, evaluate the project risks and manage the project risks; manage variation order, evaluate cost and delivery impact; report on the project data and statistics, and provide progress reports to the concerned stakeholders. - Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction
- Manage/lead project team to ensure project success and team spirit
- Ensure quality/continuous performance
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Majors in electrical engineering or related.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, SAP)
- Customer-oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in written and spoken English
