This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the Global Solutions Execution Center in Brno as a Project Manager.

The main responsibility of this role is to manage customized projects for medium- and low-voltage modular switchgear systems – from order assignment to customer handover. We are seeking an organized, communicative person with a passion for the technical field.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Global Solutions Execution center

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing projects with regard to profitability, on-time delivery, and technical solutions

• Technical clarification of order documentation with the customer

• Participating in the design and implementation of technical solutions

• Handling customer-driven changes during the project, including applying additional costs, etc.

• Monitoring and evaluating project schedules and financial performance

• Communicating across the project team (designers, engineers, etc.)

• Performing necessary administrative tasks

• Occasional business travel abroad

Qualifications for the role

• Secondary or university degree in a technical field; specialization in mechanical or electrical engineering is an advantage

• English language skills at B2–C1 level

• Knowledge of technical documentation and AutoCAD (or similar software) is an advantage

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills

• Proactive approach, independence, and willingness to travel
