As a Project Manager you will be responsible for driving operational projects from inception through implementation. This includes planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing product changes, and managing communications related to project execution. You will work closely with engineering, planning, and line management teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Your role will contribute to the success of the organization by ensuring smooth project execution, clear communication, and effective collaboration across teams.
About the Job:
Own and execute assigned operational projects, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Oversee product change management and notifications, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Track and report project progress, including issues, risks, and dependencies, in line with project governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, planning, quality, and line management, to ensure flawless project execution.
Support project-related communications, presentations, and internal/external training as needed.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field.
2-5 years of experience, preferably with global manufacturing companies.
Experience with VAVE and cost reduction projects is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present to internal/external stakeholders.
Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
