The Project Manager will be responsible for managing technical planning, coordinating project execution, supporting dealers, and ensuring high-quality implementation of GEA farm technology solutions. The role involves active participation in training, technical consulting, construction supervision, and customer engagement throughout the Baltics.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Develop complete farm technology solution drawings for sales to dealers and GEA partners in LV, LT, EE.
- Participate regularly in GEA training programs on technical drawing creation and installation planning for new GEA Farm Technologies equipment.
- Adjust and finalize total solution drawings after sales, ensuring all technical data is prepared for equipment installation and building design.
- Provide training to dealers on equipment technical specifications, planning requirements, and installation processes in Estonia and Latvia.
- Offer expert consultation to dealers on milking technologies and complete farm solution projects across LV, LT, EE.
- Supervise construction phases of large-scale projects to ensure compliance with GEA technological standards across the Baltics.
- Support the assembly and installation of large GEA equipment units, particularly in Latvia and Lithuania.
- Collect and integrate technical and design data for newly introduced GEA equipment to support ongoing and future projects.
- Visit customers during complex project stages or when specialized technical support is required in LV, LT, EE.
- Conduct periodic visits to key clients to maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, especially in EE and LV.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements- Technical education in engineering, agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Experience in farm technologies, dairy systems, or GEA equipment is highly advantageous.
- Strong skills in reading, creating, and modifying technical drawings (AutoCAD or similar).
- Project management experience, preferably with construction, installation, or agricultural technology projects.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Baltics.
- Fluency in at least one Baltic language; English required; Russian beneficial.
