Position Summary:

The Labs Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving coordination, communication, and operational excellence across the Labs organization. This individual will serve as both a project manager and an executive assistant to Labs leadership, helping to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives and supporting the team’s ability to deliver on its ambitious goals.

This role requires a highly organized, technically adept, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, streamlining workflows, and supporting both strategic and administrative needs.


Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:

Project Management & Coordination
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines across multiple Labs sub-teams, ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Manage team workflows and project pipelines in Monday.com, maintaining visibility across initiatives and reporting progress to Labs leadership.
  • Serve as a central communication hub between Labs and other internal teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Executive Support for Labs Leadership
  • Provide administrative and operational support to two Labs leaders.
  • Schedule meetings, manage priorities, and coordinate communications on their behalf.
  • Prepare agendas, organize notes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and momentum.
Solutions Consulting & Administrative Support
  • Assist solutions consulting teams with key administrative tasks, process documentation, and data management.
  • Help standardize and streamline internal workflows between solutions consultants and Labs leadership.
Process Development & Technical Operations
  • Partner with Labs leadership to design and implement new technology powered processes that enhance team productivity.
  • Develop working fluency in tools such as Gong, ChatGPT, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 to support daily operations and process automation.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of these tools to create efficiencies and enable smarter, faster execution.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with project leads and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Support the evaluation and rollout of new tools or workflows within Labs.
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal communication, tracking, and project execution.

 

Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”: 

  • Advanced proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Gong and ChatGPT; ability to quickly learn and operationalize new tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively anticipate team needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with technical aptitude.
  • Experience in project management, executive support, or operations within a fast-paced organization.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and drives progress with minimal oversight.
  • Naturally organized, with a passion for streamlining processes and keeping teams aligned.
  • Tech-savvy and curious about how AI tools can enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable supporting leaders and teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Detail-oriented and diligent, ensuring no task or follow-up is overlooked.
