Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Operational Projects PMO Department. Reporting to the Team Lead Operational Projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective project management and leadership. Within this PMO Department, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of project areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria.
  • Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams, aligning project goals with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with the project plan.
  • Monitor project progress and react as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and executives to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 years of working experience in project management
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects in an international environment.
  • Degree or master’s degree in technical or business/management studies.
  • Project management certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Strategic mindset with a long-term vision.
  • Eager to make an impact in a fast-growing organizational environment, with a proactive attitude.
  • Listening, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office, Jira, or other PM tools.
  • Fluent in English (B2 -C1).
  • Willing to Travel.
