IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a generalist PM with broad experience across industries and a strong command of Microsoft 365 tools. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation through execution and closure. 
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation. 
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. 
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications. 
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
 
Qualifications: 
3+ years of experience in project management across diverse industries or functions. 
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Excel, Outlook). 
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. 
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required
