The Project Manager is responsible for validating project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex initiatives. This role supports the application of delivery standards and success metrics, manages stakeholder relationships, and contributes to change management and process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in software/product development and a strong understanding of regulated environments such as the life sciences industry.

- Adheres to established success metrics and begins to suggest appropriate metrics for future use.
- Provides input to and applies standards including delivery processes, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, and compliance frameworks.
- Validate and maintain project scope, timelines, and schedules for moderately complex initiatives.
- Apply and contribute to standards for delivery, compliance, and operational norms.
- Identify risks to program success and escalate to management when necessary.
- Manage project delivery process, scope, and budget under broad supervision.
- Drive project completion and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to maintain transparency and engagement.
- Support change management efforts by identifying project impacts, building awareness, and contributing to training development.
- Evaluate project outcomes against success metrics and recommend or implement process improvements.
- Consistently deliver team reporting and guidance metrics.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field – Required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in software and/or product development – Required
- Project management education and experience – Required
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry – Preferred
- Familiarity with eQMS (Electronic Quality Management Systems) – Preferred
- Understanding of GxP (Good Practice) compliance standards – Preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work in regulated environments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $217,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
