As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will lead project delivery and client engagements to ensure successful implementation of our security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan projects by identifying tasks, assigning responsibilities, and creating clear roadmaps or schedules.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure everyone understands their roles and resolve issues as they arise.
- Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep everything on track.
- Handle problems quickly and develop solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Deliver projects successfully, on time, and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Report progress and outcomes to clients and company leadership, and continuously improve project delivery processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in professional services or technology.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and expectations effectively.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record managing multiple, complex client-facing projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.
- Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
