Are you our new Project Manager?
As a Project Manager at Intrum in Athens you will have the opportunity to be part of an international team focused on delivering exceptional services and solutions by working closely with all business units and group companies.
What will you do:
- Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic programs. Indicative areas include portfolio transactions, customer experience enhancement & operations optimization leveraging digital tools (portals, platforms, workflows) & AI use cases
- Be responsible for timely Projects’ delivery, in alignment with company’s strategy & objectives
- Manage multiple stakeholders & project teams
- Develop schedules, timelines, and milestones to manage, track and report project progress
- Maintain consistent communication and manage expectations of stakeholders and management team
- Coordinate the testing and support the business owners in performing acceptance tests
- Manage escalations and issues / risks associated with a particular project
- Liaise with vendor management appointed resources
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management
- Strong academic background in relevant subjects
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude, working under tight deadlines in an organized fashion
- Proven team-oriented person who can share information, goals, opportunities, successes, and failures with the appropriate parties
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
It’s a plus if you bring:
- Formal PM Certifications
- Banking operations experience
- Exposure in corporate transformation programs
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and problem analysis capabilities
