Why this role?

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge audio visual solutions across our Queensland customers. This isn’t just about managing timelines – it’s about becoming a trusted partner to clients, ensuring every project runs smoothly from design through to commissioning.

To succeed in this role, you will have structured support and leadership, and you will be appropriately trained to deliver quality outcomes. The role will focus on managing projects from sales handover through to project close:

• Manage execution, communication, and milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues, and maintain contingency plans.
• Allocate resources, manage subcontractors, and maintain supporting documentation.
• Lead project close-out, including defect resolution, training materials, handovers, and evaluations.
• Juggle multiple projects, prioritising effectively to align with business goals.
• Maintain accurate records in project management systems.

What we’re looking for:
Ideally at least 2 years of project management experience or relevant qualifications, and bring:

• A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, tailored to your audience.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• A team-oriented attitude with great time management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with technology-based projects is a plus.
