JOB DESCRIPTION
RingoFire is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will be organized, a project specialist, and a team player who can efficiently work with all levels of employees, including the leadership and account teams, designers, developers, and all members of the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Collaborate across all teams on campus including Production, Social, Account
Management, Design, Advertising and Web Development
● Determine and define project scope and tasks associated with SOWs
● Create long- and short-term timelines, including setting targets for milestones
and adhering to deadlines
○ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
○ Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
● Lead all coordination of projects from kickoff through completion
● Organize deliverables for internal and external review
● Identify opportunities to adjust and revise work processes to increase efficiency
● Conduct daily meetings to ensure that staff is aware of looming deadlines
○ Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
■ Communicate with account managers to keep the project
aligned with the client’s goals
● Develop work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and
processes are on schedule
● Gains and maintains a thorough understanding of the planning, creative,
production, and web development processes.
● Understand project goals, requirements and timelines
● Double-check all project deliverables for accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS
● 1-2 years of previous professional experience as a project manager
● Understanding of creative agency procedures
● Exemplary communication skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to multi-task & work in a high-pressure environment
● Strong project management skills
● Expert at managing multiple projects and competing timelines
● Able to work with various interpersonal styles to deliver high-quality results
