Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee IT support services for a Navy program. This position provides leadership across technical teams delivering enterprise IT, cybersecurity, and service desk operations.
ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for program leadership and contract reporting.
Manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables to meet Navy requirements.
Coordinate technical teams (network, cybersecurity, service desk, SharePoint) and subcontractors.
Track performance metrics, staffing, risks, and budgets.
Lead program reviews, quality assurance, and compliance reporting.
Support transition planning, onboarding, and training.
5+ years of IT project management experience.
At least 2 years directly related to Network Operations, system design, or IT programmatic support .
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field OR 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree .
PMP certification or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification (required) .
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD clearance.
