Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate strategic goals into actionable AI solutions and solutions from other emerging technologies.
• Leading requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for AI-driven initiatives across Microsoft, AWS, and Google technology stacks.
• Driving agile ceremonies and sprint planning as a certified Scrum Master and Agile Practitioner.
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using industry-standard project management methodologies.
• Supporting cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying AI agents and services.
• Additionally, role will be asked to engage in above responsibilities with new and emerging technologies

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 8+ years of experience in business analysis, AI/ML, or technical project leadership

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2+ years of experience working with AI technologies across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
• Experience with AI agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, AWS Nova, and Google AgentSpace
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud-native architectures
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent)
• Agile Practitioner Certification (PMI-ACP or equivalent)
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Experience in healthcare technology or enterprise AI deployment
• Passion for emerging technologies and innovation in healthcare
