Job Description:

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines, budget, and contractual agreements with customers, and communicating a clear vision and direction for the project among all stakeholders. The PM collaborates heavily with the senior leadership team to ensure integration of scope change, staffing change or shifts in priority and is at the forefront of ensuring Services leadership is promptly apprised of work status and for raising potential risks to execution in a timely manner. This PM is an independent role requiring minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
Manages medium to large projects (scope, budget, schedule, escalation) and deliver results that meet or beat expectations
Represents Kaleris in a professional way with customers and other Kaleris departments
Ability to negotiate and sell additional services during the project, if applicable ; delivers on target to sell Kaleris Services
Ensure alignment between project goals and company objectives, leading teams to deliver customer requirements + add significant value to the business.
Effective utilization of resources, including team members, budget, and technologies, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently without resource wastage.
Adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues swiftly, minimizing risks and ensuring the project stays on track and within scope.
Quickly develops effective relationships and communicates effectives with all project stakeholders , customers and team members
Oversees the project team, providing direction, and ensuring everyone is clear on their responsibilities, deadlines, and project objectives
Deals with challenges and stressful situations, while maintaining professionalism
Manages their project within the relevant tools and reports on their projects on time and complete
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed about project progress, decisions, and any changes to the project scope
Ensures that the project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry or organizational benchmarks
Develops effective project plans, execute and proactively replan as required
Creates and enthusiastically delivers project-oriented presentations to customer and Kaleris executives
Deals with tough situations and escalates as necessary , Leads customers to effective solutions
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and other languages relevant to the region
Inspires and motivates the team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment. Adept at conflict resolution, team building, and promotinga culture of continuous improvement
Skilled in making decisive actions and providing the leadership necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the project
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of team lead / project management experience plus technical / industry / business experience
Deep understanding of supply chain logistics business processes
Solid background in both technical and business aspects of software development including familiarity with software project life cycles, agile methodologies, and current industry standards
Completed Project Management fundamental education , preferably holding certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
Experienced in Kaleris Project Methodology and managing a range of software projects, from small-scale implementations to large, complex integrations
6 - 8 + years of consulting experience for cross-role transfer
Candidates work experience and (current residence) should include projects performed as PM in Western European region e.g. Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy or United Kingdom
Must be willing to relocate to Rotterdam , Netherlands, Relocation assistance will be provided if required.
