Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in San Diego, CA, with a primary focus on overseeing training programs, managing training schedules, and supporting individuals in obtaining certifications. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives while maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for our government and commercial clients. A Secret Clearance is required, and experience in training and/or process improvement is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain training schedules to ensure timely delivery of courses and certification preparation.
• Support individuals in achieving certifications by providing guidance, resources, and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to design and deliver effective training content.
• Create and design digital and print marketing materials for training programs using Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and safeguard classified information in accordance with Secret Clearance requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance training efficiency and outcomes, where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Management, or a related field (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on training program delivery or certification support.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage training schedules and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) and learning management systems.
• Proficient in Canva or similar graphic design tools for generating digital and print marketing materials to promote training programs.
• Experience in training program development, execution, or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with DoD or government training and certification requirements.
• Experience facilitating or delivering training programs or supporting certification processes.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT, or technology-related training programs.
