Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to estimate work, define milestones, and manage resources.
• Drive results through cross-functional teams from design to rollout.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Blockchain Expertise: Apply strong understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, dApps).
• Design and track key metrics, using data to inform decisions.
• Orchestrate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing technical and business priorities.
• Facilitate and maintain clear documentation for various audiences (e.g., support playbooks, API documentation).
• Optimize deployment workflows and improve knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience in a software applications environment.
• Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; Scrum Master experience a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business units.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in facilitating meetings, driving outcomes and summarizing documentation.
• Experience establishing processes and driving automation initiatives.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP certifications preferred.
