Zantech is looking for a talented Project Manager to be responsible for management and performance of all work and have full authority to act for the contractor on all matters relating to daily operations for an upcoming role supporting a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Financial Services Modernization initiative.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- The PM shall be the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), designated Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and the Program’s Government leads.
- The PM shall be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the project.
- Shall be responsible for management and performance of all work under this Contract.
- The PM will be one of the primary interfaces between the government and the contractor for managing the scope and schedule.
- The PM shall ensure contractor employees are aware of, understand, and abide by DHS and ICE established rules, regulations, and safety practices.
- The PM shall be responsible for developing project performance measures, assessments, and the techniques for reporting on the performance of the contract.
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- At least 10 years’ experience working on Information Technology project implementations (ideally within the Federal Government marketspace).
- Five of the ten years must be in the official full-time PM role, in an agile project.
- Five years of experience leading Federal Financial projects, developing and maintaining detailed program plans, and managing day-to-day project activities.
- Must adhere to PMBOK Project Management Body of Knowledge Principles.
Required Certifications/Education:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology or Business, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial SAP ERP implementation is highly desirable.
- Proven background in data migration and application modernization.
- Experience working at DHS or ICE a plus
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
