The Role
Role Summary:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently leading, managing, and coordinating projects from purchase order entry to customer delivery of the finished product. Your mission will be to define the scope and manufacturing, purchasing, and communication strategies that ensure compliance with contractual requirements, customer satisfaction, and the company's profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines and requirements, budgets, quality standards, and expected profitability.
• Analyze technical and commercial documentation. Define scope.
• Identify and act on opportunities and threats for the project, as well as document them (time adjustments, risk issues, improvements, etc.). Lead internal and client meetings.
• Project planning. Generation of schedules, monitoring, updating, and identifying the project's critical path.
• Manage communications with internal and external clients.
• Change management and control
• Frequently report on the project lifecycle and progress to the Project Manager and/or clients.
• Negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that documentation is complete, up-to-date, and properly stored in the system, with the support of the documentation department.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, or a related field / bachelor’s degree in industrial Organization or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PM in an industrial environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• ERP tools
• Full-time at Plant Mendoza
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Project Management, CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, etc. is desirable.
