Kickstart your global career in Project Management at Kantar!
Just finished uni? Thinking about a career change? Or maybe you’ve got a year or two of work under your belt and want to take it global?
If you're organized, curious, and ready to learn — this is your chance to start (or restart!) your career in international project management.
At Kantar’s Global Research Centre (GRC) in Prague, we’re looking for ambitious and detail-loving people to join our growing team of Junior Project Managers. No matter what you studied or what your background is — if you love solving problems, staying on top of things, and working with people from around the world, we want to hear from you.
Who we are:
Kantar is the world’s leading marketing data and analytics company, with 30,000+ employees across 100+ countries.
At our Prague-based Global Research Centre, we run international research projects that help major global brands — from tech giants to travel leaders — understand people’s thoughts, feelings, and decisions.
Want to meet the team and hear what it’s like to work here (including tips from our recruiter)?

What you’ll do as a Junior Project Manager:
You’ll learn to manage global market research projects — from launch to delivery. Step by step, you’ll build confidence, gain real skills, and grow into a strong project leader. You’ll:
- Be the main contact person for the teams involved in your projects
- Plan and kick off new projects: set timelines, estimate budgets, and spot risks early
- Keep everything on track: manage changes, share updates, and solve issues
- Work with data: review quality, support troubleshooting, and deliver results
- Learn the financial side: understand project costs and how to optimize them
- Help improve how we work by sharing ideas and supporting others
No worries if you’ve never done this before — we’ve got your back with hands-on training, a buddy system, and expert support from day one.
What we’re looking for:
We care more about your mindset than your CV. Here’s what makes a great fit:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- You’re organized, proactive, and love a good challenge
- You have strong English skills (both spoken and written)
- You’re not afraid of Excel or teamwork across time zones
- You stay cool when plans change and love figuring things out
- You’re curious about project management, research, or tech tools
- You like to learn, grow, and connect with people from different cultures
If you get overwhelmed by a messy spreadsheet or avoid answering emails, this might not be your thing. But if you’re ready to jump in, we’ll teach you everything else.
What’s in it for you:
- Global projects with major brands — real impact from day one
- A super diverse, friendly team (40+ nationalities!)
- Fast learning and career growth with top-notch training
- Hybrid setup with a comfy office near Strossmayerovo náměstí
- Loads of benefits, including:
- 25 vacation days + 2 paid volunteering days
- Mental health support for you & your family
- Yoga classes twice a week
- Meal vouchers & pension contributions
- Multisport card & benefits points
- Free access to LinkedIn Learning and more
Ready to apply?
We’re looking to fill this role ASAP, so if you’re available within a month and already have the right to work in the Czech Republic, we’d love to hear from you.
Interviews will take place in person at our Prague office.
