We are seeking highly capable Administrative Professionals to support our Business Development, Project Management, and Finance departments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Cross-departmental administrative support
Report and presentation preparation (P&Ls, briefs, agendas)
Contract documentation and financial tracking
Meeting coordination across U.S. and Bahamas teams
Document control and version tracking
Process improvements & data organization
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Communications, Finance preferred)
3+ years of professional experience
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Comfortable with cross-border collaboration
Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project tools
