Project Manager (Revenue Operations)

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Platform Products & Transformation Programs team. Your key focus will be to work with the HERE product and solutions organizations to launch their products and enable revenue growth. Next to that, you’ll drive the execution of strategic initiatives at the intersection of product management, sales operations, and commercial systems, with a strong focus on optimizing our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes using Salesforce and Zuora.

You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across HERE’s entire product portfolio-partnering with product managers, commercial leads, technical architects, finance, and engineering—while co-defining product business models and streamlining operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we take products to market and scale our operations globally.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives that support HERE’s growth and transformation goals

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and operationalize scalable product business models

• Partner closely with product managers to coordinate launch readiness across the HERE portfolio

• Drive enhancements to our Quote-to-Cash ecosystem (Salesforce & Zuora) and the HERE Platform to support evolving product strategies and monetization frameworks

• Translate complex cross-functional goals into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables

• Identify process gaps, surface insights, and recommend operational improvements that deliver measurable impact

• Over time, you will become a subject matter expert on SAAS business models and the Zuora subscription billing system

• You will also become an expert in the domain of Revenue Operations, connecting the dots from marketing to accounting

What You Bring

• Experience in program or product management within tech or SaaS organizations, or in a consulting role

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment with diverse teams

• Curiosity, quick learning and adaptation skills
• You are the one that typically brings structure and an executable plan to chaos or complex tasks
• Product Management skills, experience in venturing/start-ups or overall strong business acumen (MBA)

• Ideally, some experience working with Salesforce and a basic understanding of Quote-to-Cash or Revenue Operations

• PMP, Scrum, or related certification is a plus
