Project Manager

iSchool is an Egyptian EdTech platform providing the latest educational technology for young students, and part of Egypt's Nahdet Misr Publishing Group. Our students, from 6 to 18 years old, are learning valuable skills in fields like computer science, coding, programming, software engineering, artificial intelligence, and more.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at iSchool, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project resources, ensuring they are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks that may arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates and status reports to all relevant parties.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within the defined project scope.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project management practices and enhance team efficiency.
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the education or technology sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to problem solve, determine priorities, and make decisions confidently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage project budgets and resources.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
