Software Project Manager

Sarmad is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Project Manager to lead our software development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to predefined timelines and budgets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure thorough communication of project objectives, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your leadership and ability to navigate challenges will be key in driving project success.

• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
• Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.
• Utilize project management tools to manage and report on project status.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira...).
• A results-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving project goals.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in Banking and Fintech is a great advantage
• Experience in Saudi market is a major plus
