ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Project Manager who is organized, strategic, and highly collaborative to join our Consumer AdTech team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional projects across consumer-facing products, advertising systems, and data initiatives.
Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation skills are essential, along with experience in technical project execution within fast-moving, high-growth environments. The ability to bring structure to ambiguity, align diverse teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the execution of key projects across the Consumer AdTech ecosystem, including consumer-facing products, ad systems, campaign management tools, reporting systems, and data initiatives.
- Bring structure and organization to fast-moving, chaotic environments by implementing best project management practices.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate alignment between multiple teams and high-level stakeholders, including directors and above.
- Use Atlassian tools effectively to track progress, create dashboards, and report project status.
- Develop and refine processes for greater efficiency, transparency, and accountability in project execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project delivery.
- Communicate clear, actionable updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in technical or engineering-related fields.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale technical projects in complex, unstructured environments.
- Experience working with Atlassian tools for project tracking and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work with directors and above, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills with a structured, strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate high-visibility projects and drive collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
