We’re seeking a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and maintain strong communication across time zones. If you’re excited by the idea of developing private-label collections in categories like mattresses, toppers, pillows, and furniture – and working with some of the world’s largest retailers – this role could be for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and manage product development projects from early idea to finished goods.
- Create and maintain project plans in our project management system (Monday).
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources.
- Oversee timelines and stakeholder communication.
- Create and maintain workflows in our project management system (Monday).
- Ensure strong collaboration and proactive follow-up on key deliverables.
- Participate in product development tasks such as sample reviews, presentations, and material research.
- Continuously refine processes and support the maintenance of our digital product configurator.
- Strong project management experience, especially in product development.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility across teams and stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of projects, from planning to post-launch evaluation.
- Background as a designer, textile/industrial designer, or product developer is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with sleep-related product categories is a plus, but not required.
