4-5 Year of relevant experience and preferably with similar industry
PMP Certified Project Manager who is responsible for quality, Ontime delivery and costs. She/He must ensure for the fulfilment of all contractual obligations and for the fulfilment of customer needs and expectations that are agreed contractually.
• Enhancement of long-term partnership between Sartorius and clients.
• Project Manager is responsible for project monitoring and reporting by using applicable tools and templates, organized of PMO (Project Management Office).
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Coordination and execution of ETO and complex customer projects
- Plan (MS Projects) and moderate project meetings (e.g. technical, internal and customer Kickoff meetings, regular meetings, PGR)
- Plan and accompany Customer-FAT
- Ensure SAT execution aligned between customer and service/ testing team
- Execute according to quality regulations.
- Maintain and update Project Builder (CJ20N) in SAP
- - Project milestones
- - Forecast activities in terms of hours and time (ACT:)
- - Confirm/close completed activities
- Manage project finances, means analyzing and taking corrective actions to stay in acceptable variances as defined in the KPI (ZPST report showing Plan 0, Actual Costs, Plan QV and Plan QC)
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor`s degree in engineering.
- PMP Certfication
- Demonstrable experience of using project management methodologies tools (MS Projects)
- Experience of working in projects of similar industry
- Experience of project cost management processes and reporting to include plans, forecast, budgets, commitments, actuals and accruals.
- Knowledge in working with SAP .
- Trained Agile SAFe SCRUM Master will be advantageous.
- Fluent in English
