We are seeking a technically skilled Project Manager to support and lead project and program activities tied to combat systems and vehicle platforms. This role focuses on ensuring contractual deliverables are met by driving cross-functional collaboration, project planning, and communication across the organization and with external customers.
This role serves as a bridge between Program Management, Engineering, and Operations, and requires someone with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders and understand technical platforms well enough to provide direction and clarity across functions.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Lead project and program activities related to the execution of contract requirements, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Build and maintain project schedules and coordinate with internal teams across Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, Logistics, Contracts, and Purchasing.
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external customers, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables
- Support and lead customer discussions, meetings, internal briefings, technical reviews
- Track and manage acquisition, storage, and maintenance of Government property
- Understand combat system and vehicle platform technologies to guide teams and escalate issues with technical context
- Lead cross-functional efforts, aligning priorities and driving progress across teams
- Maintain project documentation, manage scope and change requests and coordinate responses to customer requests
- Participate in project proposal writing efforts.
- Occasional travel (1–2 times per year) as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4+ years of related work experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of Oshkosh platforms and systems is strongly preferred
- Strong technical understanding of combat vehicle systems and platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing operations
- Experience in supporting Government contracts

Pay Range:
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
