What You’ll Do:
- Lead Client-Facing Projects: Manage complex software development initiatives, ensuring success in design, quality, and team leadership. Guide projects using DXP, e-commerce, microservices, .NET, modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) in Azure.
- Champion Agile Execution: Oversee sprint and backlog management, delivering high-quality solutions that align with our "Vision to Victory" commitment.
- Ensure Technical Excellence: With Principal Architect, drive best practices, maintain high code quality, and align teams on architectural standards.
- Manage Scope, Budgets & Expectations: Proactively guide clients, track project financials, and ensure deliverables meet top-tier standards while staying on budget.
- Collaborate & Engage Stakeholders: Build strong client relationships, may lead requirements discovery, and create key project artifacts.
- Support Business Development: Assist in opportunity qualification, estimation, and proposal development.
What You Bring:
- Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading teams (3-10 members) on enterprise-level web-based and cloud-based software projects. DXP (i.e. Sitecore, Storyblok, Bloomreach) and Digital Strategy project experience a plus.
- Consulting & Client Success: Background in consulting or digital agencies with strong client management skills, including collaboration with sales teams on opportunity qualification, estimation and proposals.
- Agile & Business Analysis: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and backlog management.
- Budget & Financial Management: Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial accountability.
