Project Manager

Job Overview:

Quickbase is seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Manager to support our Digital Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing web development initiatives, ensuring project timelines, goals, and deliverables are met. You will collaborate across internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to drive digital projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the web development team. Ensure web projects are aligned with stakeholder needs, timelines, and business goals.
• Scrum Master & Agile Leadership: Oversee the Agile development process, facilitating sprints, tracking progress, and ensuring engineering and digital the teams stay on track. Lead standups and sprint reviews, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets. Communicate progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including product, content, creative, and marketing teams, to manage web-related needs. Ensure cross-functional digital initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.
• Vendor & Partner Relationship Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners to ensure their deliverables meet project standards and align with Quickbase’s digital strategy.
• Publishing & Content Oversight: Manage the digital publishing process for web updates, ensuring that new content is reviewed, approved, and launched on time.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the project management cycle and digital initiatives. Recommend and implement enhancements to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related focus.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Experience working with  development and product teams and translating stakeholder needs into actionable tasks.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in agile project management
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships and ensuring project deliverables align with company objectives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with web publishing platforms, tools, and content management systems (CMS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing or a digital agency environment.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies (CSM, PMP, etc.).
• Knowledge of web development processes and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with web publishing tools like Craft, Wordpress, Hubspot,etc..
