What you’ll do

Assist in coordinating and rolling out impactful, high-visibility projects that shape the future of our business.

Keep a pulse on project tasks, ensuring everything is on schedule and delivered on time.

Work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and make things happen.

Draft business cases and ensure they reflect the requirements of all stakeholders.

Facilitate seamless communication between departments, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and tasks.

Gather and analyse data to provide insights that drive smart, informed decisions.
What you need to have
-
3+ years of experience as a project manager or scrum master
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Good communication, time management, and analytical skills, with a knack for digging into details and solving problems.

Attention to detail, with the ability to be action-oriented and seek to meet high standards.

Comfortable working independently with some guidance while being a supportive team player.

Eager to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate through ambiguity.

Proficient in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly.

Experience in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus.
