We are seeking a Project Manager, working remotely and reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Project manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects, from initial bid submission to final installation and closeout. By managing critical business functions—including engineering, procurement, logistics, and commissioning—this role directly contributes to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial success. The Project Manager serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring that every project aligns with our strategic vision and meets the high standards of Tarkett Sports.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee project lifecycles, including bid submission, production, installation, and closeout.

• Ensure engineering designs progress from concept to construction.

• Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and material forecasting.

• Proactive coordination across departments—including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Production, Logistics, Technical, and Customer Service—to drive seamless project delivery

• Supervise commissioning activities, including inspections, testing, and final approvals.

• Maintain strong relationships and communication with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and suppliers.

• Ensure financial health by maintaining or improving project margins.

• Lead personnel development through performance metrics and training initiatives.

• Directly supervises the Project Coordinator.

• Support company goals through team collaboration.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience & Education Desired:

• 5 + years' experience in project management in flooring industry.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 3+ years in a leadership role.

• Experience in complex project management, budget management and multi-sector coordination in the construction industry.

• Analytical skills, collaborative spirit and autonomy.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Procore, and other project management tools.

• Project Management Institute (PMP) certification (asset)
