F1 are looking for a Project Manager to support programme management in the delivery of strategic Mechanical projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of the assigned project(s) in line with the F1 PMO Methodology
- Lead projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop project scope documents involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establish and manage direct responsibilities with all stakeholders as a point of contact for project performance updates.
- Manage project resource demand and capacity across all projects
- Manage project risks and issues with clear mitigation plans and following an escalation process where needed.
- Establish and manage regular project review meetings covering cost, schedule, resources, RAID and RAG statuses
About You
- Prince 2 Practitioner
- Experience as a Project Manager in delivering Mechanical projects of various sizes and complexities
- A proven ability to deal with shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a structured and objective manner.
- Capable of managing multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Waterfall methodology
- Proficient in MS Project
- Good understanding of Power BI
- Resource Management

- Stakeholder Management
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Change Management
- Strong Organisational skills
