PROJECT MANAGER
The role of a Project Manager is to effectively deliver market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients, while maintaining the speed and accuracy required in a dynamic environment.
Our Project Managers use our internal tools and processes to ensure all projects are executed successfully from start to finish. The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains full project ownership in delivering (but not limited to) low to mid-complexity custom market research projects
Manages stakeholder expectations and delivers the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment
Builds an effective, professional working relationship with our clients, providing them guidance and advice where appropriate as it relates to Dynata’s products and services
Ensures project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams (such as survey programming, data processing and sales), and vendors (such as translators, third party providers, etc.)
Tasks may include:
Testing survey links
Ordering sample
Setting-up and monitoring reports to evaluate key project metrics
Ensuring quality measures are followed
Managing Quotas
Creating project materials such as project clipboards and briefing documents
Conduct project briefings with clients and team leads
Updating clients regularly on project progress
Ensuring key project performance metrics such as project profitability meet or exceed established guidelines
Proactively anticipates, troubleshoots, overcomes, and/or escalates project challenges in a timely manner
Effectively communicates both as an individual and as part of a client-facing project team
Ensures survey quality using current market research methodologies
Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE
Account or Project Management experience is beneficial
Experience in market research strongly desired
Experience in a customer service environment desired
