Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, including creating accurate plans, forecasts, organizing timelines and deliverables in a clear, concise project plan, managing status reports, and ensuring milestones are tracked and escalated
• Create and deliver accurate project reports and presentations to executive leadership
• Collect all necessary project requirements and documentation, including maintaining project budgets and timelines and creating project reporting metrics
• Manage enterprise-wide project pipeline from planning to completion using best practices in project management
• Clearly outline responsibilities and expectations and accurately discern/challenge realities of project delays
• Actively participate in strategic planning and offer guidance on feasibility of initiatives to executive leadership

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years of direct experience in project management running highly complex, enterprise-wide projects across multiple teams following best practices
• Experience with Atlassian suite
• Experience working with trading and financial services industry is a big plus
• Familiarity with SDLC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, documentation skills, time management and task prioritization skills
• A strategic thinker and tenacious problem-solver who is able to translate vision into an actionable plan, align resources, initiate and execute on the plan
• Prefers working in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
