For our dedicated Realization team in Madrid, we are recruiting a Project Manager to run the orders smoothly from Sales handover to final customer acceptance. You will be managing the complete delivery process including hardware and software focusing on customer satisfaction, technical accuracy, timelines, and financial outcomes.
Your tasks
In this crucial position, you will take charge of delivering assigned projects on time, within scope, and budget, while ensuring strict compliance with project management processes.
Your role will also encompass, but is not limited to:
Scheduling and timely coordinating of the Kardex deliveries as well as installation equipment (lifting platform, lift truck, forklift, etc.)
Cost effective planning and coordination of internal or external installation resources
Conducting site surveys if needed, organizing installation steps, managing internal or external teams, and ensuring the site is ready for setup.
Organizing all technical and interface clarifications with the customer
Verifying work method statements for installations (installation risk assessments)
Conducting and negotiating tenders for the involvement of partner companies (installation teams, technical assembly aids, etc.)
Taking accountability for correct equipment master data (HW and SW configuration)
Validating and approving invoices from partner companies (installation teams) or other external project services
Aligning order changes or claim management (in agreement with Sales, if required)
Implementing defined measures to comply with CE regulations
Your profile
Experience in technical order clarification and order processing preferably in the intralogistics, automation or mechanical engineering industry
Excellent planning and time management skills and the ability to cope with planning changes at short notice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Technical competence and authority to issue instructions to partner companies and installation managers
Strong customer orientation
Structured way of working, reliability, perseverance
Solid technical knowledge
English CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate)
Portuguese is a plus.
