About the role:

Want a role where you can oversee enterprise-level projects in the fast-paced tech industry? This position is your opportunity to manage a slate of diverse projects of all scopes and sizes for a global organization. 

What will you be doing? 

As a Project Manager, your job is to work with cross-functional teams, as well as with external vendors, partners, and customers. You will be tasked with developing and managing project schedules, scopes, resources, and project health. You will be responsible for identifying risks, defining problem solving strategies, and facilitating conflict resolution to ensure our projects are successful from start to finish.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Project Planning & Execution: Create, update, and manage Microsoft project plans 
• Team Leadership: Assemble, mentor, and guide project teams 
• Project Oversight: Manage scope, cost, and daily operations 
• Quality Control: Review deliverables before client submission 
• Methodology & Standards: Apply and enforce AvePoint delivery practices 
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure transparency 
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project data, analyze performance, and report metrics 
• Communication: Coordinate across all management levels internally and externally 
• Global Collaboration: Work with international teams

• Education & Experience: BA/BS degree, 4-5 years in project management, PMP certification  
• Technical Knowledge: SharePoint, CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), Microsoft Project/PWA 
• IT & Development: Understanding of programming, databases, system design, and architectures (Internet, Intranet, Extranet, client/server) 
• Agile & Project Execution: Agile methodologies, enterprise IT implementations, CSM (plus) 
• Skills: Organization, multitasking, risk assessment, communication, collaboration, adaptability 
• Tech Awareness: Emerging technologies and industry applications 
  
• Work Style: Independent & team-oriented, detail-focused, fast learner
