Job Title: Project Manager
Report to: Sr Manager, Project Engineering.
Project Manager will be experienced in scoping work, developing budgets and schedules, and safely executing multiple parallel projects across the network. They will be responsible for driving improvement through a detailed understanding of equipment and systems and the variables impacting the operation. This position identifies opportunities and successfully implements changes to strategically reduce manufacturing costs, optimize productivity, and minimize waste – and ultimately set standards for engineering technology and drive multi-site improvement strategy.
Education/Work Experience:
Degree or advanced degree in engineering and experience in the execution of large and complex CAPEX projects, typically more than 10 years of project engineering experience with CAPEX projects above $5.0 MM within a site or region.
Technical Competencies:
· Develops plans for major projects, including partnering to complete detailed financial evaluations.
· Leads the continual improvement of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and the development of tools.
· Manages teams that develop complex engineering designs, material and energy balances, process flow diagrams, preliminary P&IDs and advanced process control strategies.
· Specifies, solicits bids and analyzes new, unusual, complex, and costly process equipment for application to Manufacturing. Possesses in-depth knowledge of equipment suppliers’ capabilities.
· Instrumental in the development and sharing of best practices that have had proven successes inside and outside the company.

· Has familiarity with management system implementation and assessment.
· Provides input for the creation of Best Operating Practices (BOP) and critical routines.

Pay Range:
$115,300.00-$153,766.67 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
