Developing and strengthening customer relationships to help grow the business by ensuring total customer satisfaction and by being the voice of the customer to the project team. Monitoring and controlling project financials by managing budgets,directing the project team, and identifying and mitigating financial risk to help ensure positive financial outcomes for the company. Develops project timing plans based on customer requirements, project resources, and project milestones and communicates the plan with both the customer and the project team. Thoroughly understands the scope of work and monitors project activity to ensure the scope of work is fulfilled.Develops quotes for, negotiates, and manages implementation of changes in the scope of work. Provides technical and engineering leadership to the project team based upon the attributes of the project and the makeup of the project team.
This position requires a master’s in Engineering management; Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
