The Project Manager is responsible for exceeding client expectations through superior implementation, delivery and management of CitusHealth products and solutions. The Project Manager oversees complex level projects, develops comprehensive project plans and manages project team and stakeholders throughout the complete project life cycle, and manages ongoing customer communication. This role supports the project team in creation of project/ program delivery strategies, including project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource management. This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, and possesses a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the work effort and for the company.
Let's talk about Responsibilities:
- Oversees detailed project activities and manages multiple customer installations simultaneously.
- Gathers system requirements and design solutions to business needs for optimal implementation and user experience.
- Manages project risk, schedule, and budget and revenue forecasting.
- Maintains contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project and client user expectations.
- Implements strong program management practices (change requests, issue management, risk management and decision tracking) and contributes to standard client implementation methodologies and management best practices.
- Enables contract fulfillment and issue resolution by managing partnerships and handles escalation issues.
- Assists sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the professional service process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline and deliverables.
- Engages at the C-level to deliver project reviews and presentations
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience:
- Deep industry knowledge of Healthcare Software Implementations
- At least 5+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services with a minimum of 2+ years of software implementation project management work experience with increasing level of responsibility and complex enterprise projects
- Certification in PMP and/or LSS (Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- Skills in decision making, facilitation, influencing, financial acumen, and negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to manage complex projects of all sizes through cross-functional teams working within a SaaS environment.
- Superior organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with diverse working groups with an eye toward project dependencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of the components of the software release process, including issues of development, documentation, release management and quality assurance
Technical / professional qualifications:
- Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand
- Proficient in MS Office Tools: MS Project, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Proficient in Smartsheet and Salesforce
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment on a high performing team.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment with the ability to own areas of the implementation team with minimal supervision.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $89,900 - $105,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
