Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Project Manager opportunity available based in Stuttgart, Germany. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI, be eligible for NATO Indoctrination and meet TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification allows employees the to be tax exempt for both Germany and US, in addition to other great perks. Employees may be eligible for: relocation reimbursement, housing allowance, COLA and school reimbursement for dependents.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
- Lead the planning, execution and closure of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and senior management. Communicate project status, milestones, and key deliverables to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Work closely with resource management teams to allocate resources based on project requirements.
- Monitor and control project financials to prevent budget overruns.
- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Proactively address project issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Implement best practices for risk management and issue resolution within the project team.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
- Conduct regular project reviews and quality assessments.
- Implement and enforce project management best practices.
Required QUALIFICATIONS
- ServiceNow project and resource management tool.
- SAFe Agile experience.
- BA/BS + 7 years recent specialized or AA/AS + 9 years recent specialized or a major cert + 11 years recent specialized or 13 years of recent specialized experience.
- Active Secret clearance (no waiver) and ability to obtain and maintaining a TS/SCI.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as an IT Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, ServiceNow is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- TESA eligibility
- Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.

- Active Passport
- In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required.

Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. - Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
- Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
