Job Description

• + 4/5 years' experience in project management
• Coordinating and managing all interactions between the Technical Teams;
• Ensure the management of the IT function of the various partners;
• Coordinating the integration of the IT function of other organizations;
• Coordinating the teams needed to operate in productive environments;
• Centralizing and controlling the various requests;
• Supporting Information Systems Project Managers in resolving problems/anomalies;
• Creating information structures in order to facilitate the exploitation and optimization of information;
• Ensuring quality and the respective ISO 20000-1 and 27001 certifications, associated with the various processes such as configuration and asset management;
• Analysis of activity reports and indicators;
• Drawing up and updating documentation and procedures;
• As for mandatory technical certifications for the team as a whole - you must have at least 1 of these:

1.  ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management;
2. PMP - Project Management Professional certification;
3. SCRUM Master certification.
